1. First of all you have to download the fee challan from the CMS portal for the semester in which you want to reduce the fee like now you will download the challan for semester Bihar 2030
2. Download the need based scholarship form from the university website and also download the Income certificate form.
3. If the father has passed away, then there should be a copy of his death certificate. If the student is disabled then Id card for disability should be required.
4. The above mentioned documents i.e. fee challan, copy of death certificate, need based scholarship form and income certificate form will be printed.
5. You have to fill the need based scholarship and income certificate form and get the income certificate form attested by the chairman of the union council or any government officer.
6. Make a pdf file by taking pictures of fee challan copy, need based scholarship form, income certificate form, death certificate copy, student ID card copy and head of household ID card copy. will
7. After logging in the CMS portal, click on Student Service Request and select your regional office in the category of need base scholarship and upload these documents along with email to your regional office. It is good if you share the file
8. You will get a response within a week, if the regional office is near, then the interviewer will visit on the day of the interview and your fee will be reduced and if the campus is far away, you can request them to reduce the fee even sitting at home.
9. If siblings from the same family are studying, then they are exempted from the copy of death certificate, they will fill the rest of the form and send it along with the application on one page that we are two brothers or sisters in the same program.
