The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has allocated special quota seats for students from Balochistan in private medical and dental colleges in Punjab for the 2023-2024 session, with each college offering one seat to a Balochistan student, as announced in a letter dated January 5, 2024. Eligible candidates must hold a Balochistan Domicile/Local/Permanent Residence Certificate, have completed their matriculation and FSC (Pre-Medical) exams or equivalent in Balochistan with a minimum of 60% marks in FSC, and have attained at least 50% (110/200) in the MDCAT (2023) for MBBS and 55% (100/200) for BDS admission. The University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore is facilitating the application process online, where candidates need to register, fill out necessary details, upload required documents, select college preferences, and pay a processing fee of RS 102,000 to the Bank of Punjab.
PMDC MBBS BDS Admission 2024 For Students Of Balochistan
As the students of Balochistan has a special quota seats in all the educational institutions of Punjab so the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council has decided to provide quota seats to the students of Balochistan in all the private Medical And Dental College Of Punjab for session 2023-2024. In a letter dated January 5, 2024, the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) stated that students from Balochistan will have a single seat in each of the private medical and dental colleges in Punjab. The University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore, which conduct admission in Medical colleges of Punjab is now inviting applications from those students of Balochistan which meet the eligibility criteria.

1. The candidate should have a Domicile/Local/Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of Balochistan.
2. The candidate passed both his matriculation exam and FSC (Pre-Medical) or its equivalent from Balochistan.
3. The candidate must secure at least 60% marks in its FSC (Pre-Medical) exams.
4. The candidate has passed the MDCAT (2023) in any province region with a minimum of 50% (110/200) for admission to the MBBS programme and 55% (100/200) for admission to the BDS programme.

PMDC Balochistan Students Quota Seats Apply Online
The candidate that meet the eligibility criteria given above can apply in Balochistan quota seats online. To apply online for these seats follow the steps given below:
- Got to the official website of UHS https://private.uhs.edu.pk/ to access the UHS Online Admission Portal for Private Sector Medical and Dental Colleges.
- Sign up your account by giving your full name, the name of your Father or guardian, an email address, and a password.
- Select the MBBS or BDS degree.
- Insert your name, CNIC number, gender, matric, FSC marks, year of passing and other required information.
- Put your MDCAT Test marks.
- Select the colleges in which you want to apply.
- Upload scanned documents of all your degrees, ensuring each document is within a maximum size of 2 MB.
- Read your application carefully and submit it. After submission you will receive a confirmation notification via your email.
- Submit your application and print the fee challan.
- Pay the fees of RS 102,000 in the Bank Of Punjab.
