The 26th Batch of the State Bank Officers Training Scheme (SBOTS) is now recruiting young, talented, and energetic candidates to fill the position of Assistant Director (OG-2) at the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). In its official statement, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) made it clear that it is committed to promoting individuals from across Pakistan in order to ensure that every province and region has a chance to contribute to the country’s development. SBOTS 26th Batch 2024 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates are required to hold a Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s degree, or a degree that is equal to sixteen years of study.
- Candidate should secure minimum is a 60% or 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Pakistani universities offering bachelor’s or master’s degrees must be recognised by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- A wide variety of academic disciplines are welcome to apply, including but not limited to: law, economics, computer science, finance, and business administration.
- Foreign degree holders are required to present a HEC equivalency certificate.
- Until the specified semester, applicants who will graduate before June 30, 2024, can submit their transcripts in a temporary form.
Selection Process:
Candidates who do well on the written exam and who also meet all other qualifying requirements will move on to the next round of selection, which may include a panel interview, psychometric testing, or a group discussion. To be considered for the position, candidates must provide their original academic or work-related credentials, as well as their domicile, CNIC, and an Equivalence Certificate from HEC (if their degree is from abroad). It is important to note that candidates who intentionally mislead or fail to provide necessary information, do not meet the advertised criteria, try to influence the recruitment process, try to obtain support for their candidature through inappropriate means, or tamper with evidence of age, education, or other certificates will not be considered for any future recruitment at the Bank, regardless of their qualifications.
