As of today, January 13, 2024, the Punjab HEC Indigenous PhD Scholarship 2024 has been made public. Students can apply for the Indigenous Scholarship 2024 online at PHEC until January 28, 2024. A hard copy of the application must be sent to the address below by registered mail no later than January 31, 2024, at 5:00 PM. The application must be complete in every way. Individuals seeking the grant must have earned at least a 3.0 (out of 4.0) grade point average (in semesters) or a 3.75 (out of 5) grade point average (in years) and an MS, MPhil, or equivalent degree.
Punjab HEC Indigenous PhD Scholarship 2024 Eligibility Criteria
- You must have an MS or MPhil degree from a university in Punjab or another country and never get a bad grade to be able to apply.
- If you want to get a Ph.D. grant, you need to have good grades, like a CGPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0) or a first division in your MS/MPhil.
- If you have a job, make sure you get a “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) and study leave from your boss.
By the deadline, you must be younger than 40 (45 for women). - The grant lasts for three years. You can’t get another job right now. You must also start going to school in Punjab within 9 months of getting the grant.
- In the Science and Technology group, you should show a letter from the company saying they’ll give you at least Rs. 10,000 a month.

- Send the form filled out and a cover letter to the Vice-Chancellor, Rector, or Principal of the school that is receiving you.
- Before January 28, 2024, go to the PHEC website to find out more.
- You need to send a hard copy of your entry to the address given by January 31, 2024, before 5:00 PM. No other mail should be used.
- It’s possible to apply online at PHEC. You have until January 28, 2024, to finish the process.
- Also, send a written copy of the filled-out application to the address given by registered mail only by January 31, 2024, before 5:00 PM.
- Applications that are brought by hand will not be accepted.
